We make stick packs and offer a variety of size options. From drink powders, supplement mix-ins, and drink mixers to coffees, powder soaps, and food storage items. No job too small, and most jobs aren't too big for FlexFill. 

Yes, we do these, too. We can fill your products into single-use sachets. We can fill multiple types of capsules or tablets, or a combination of supplements into a single sachet. Do you want 3 different types of capsules and a softgel into a sachet? We can do that. Do you want 6 unique types of capsules all into a daily supplement pack? We can do that! We have tooling for a variety of sachet sizes to fit your project needs.

And yes, we fill liquid sachets, too. Need samples of your lotion to hand out? We can help. Need your special sauce for your restaurant in a packet? We can help. Need a travel friendly size for your soaps? We can help. 

Multiple size options for filling into pillow packs. Pillow packs are great for candies, gummies, capsules, etc. Our machine fills by count and allows up to two unique items to fill into one pouch. For example, this machine could fill 4 white capsules and 3 blue capsules into the same pillow pack.  

We can fill many types of items into premade bags. We can fill bags as narrow as 120mm wide, and up to 280mm wide. We can fill gummies, candies, and particle type foods like beans, rice, nuts, dried fruits, etc. We can fill, seal, lot code and pack your food items into a variety of premade bag options.
